How To Make a Sign In 5 Minutes Using the ProCut CR-630 Vinyl Cutter Plotter From JZGraphics.com
In this video, I outline how simple it is to use the included software to make signs very quickly. This sort of rapid prototyping is very profitable because customers are always looking for a quick turn around time. This machine is avaiable from www.JZGraphics.com with the software pictured in the video, SignCutX2 for 550.00 with Free Shipping to the CONUS.

I just bought this plotter and I’m not sure what Soware runs this program. Their is a fliexi software is that a the program. And could you me thru it to help me get started. The program was working before I beought to my affair. I jsut need alittle help.

Libby
you working in mac??
Hi friend!!! I have the exact same plotter!!! How did u managed to make it work in mac os. I dowloaded signcut but it doesnt recognizes the plotter. Please help me!!!
how did the cutter cost and what is the model
Not a terrible video, you have a excellent voice for this type of media. I never knew you could initiation weeding in midair…LOL. With a bit of extra time I’m sure you could place together an A+ production.
also whats a excellent vinyl cutter? in between the 2-500.00 price range. Im mainly using it for affair stickers/graphics. something quick and simple to use that can cut detailed. Something no larger then yours shown on here.
I just bought an OCE TCS500 Inkjet Printer. Forgive my ignorance but am I able to convert it into a Vinyl plotter? also is my OCE able to print the “wraps” that people are wrapping cars with now days? Thank you
Anyone want to make me some 2×7 inch vinyl stickers for cheap? I only need about 20.
there are eps files you can use for those kind of things, mostly spread by people on decals forums (you most likely not gonna get some if you dont share your designs) and still 2200 sounds honest for that application. Best of luck/ namnlos.
And ehh what knifes u used, having to change 23 knifes? when i used my CX the most i changed em about every 3 months, cutting time about 2-3 hours a day! even cutting thick rubber for Stone engravement (dont know the english word for “bläster”)
I have had a budget cutter for justr over 2 being now and i can guarantee you that i have done more work with it than you have with your roland, not one breakdown i have had with it,
all i have done is changed blades, i have gone through 23 roland blades in the time i have owned it that is how much it has been used.
i am going to upgrade it to a wider one for car window tinting.
does anyone know where you acn get any software for car window tinting without paying 2200 for tinttek???
u have to use some vector based drawing program like coreldraw, illustrator or pretty much anyone that can save .eps files, there are rolandplugins for both illustrator and Coreldraw so id prefer one of those.
the Roland apparatus just goes goes and goes, i had a cx-24 for 8 being, just had to change some knifes from time to time. those “china” apparatus sometimes break after just 1 year or less, but if u gonna get a “budget” machine nevertheless make sure u get a excellent Warranty, or u might be permanent with something thats gonna be more expensive to renovate then buying a new.
Een beetje langzame machine en je pelt hem van de verkeerde kant.. Ik zou van rechts naar links werken..
Is maar een kleine tip.
Hi, Mate
This machine is for Drafting it is for a pen use only but the guy has place a blade on it to cut vinyl, Also it could be he/she has set the machine to cut on slower not a full speed!..
Thanks
just a quick question
what are the advantages of having a rolend vunyl cutter over budget vinyl cutters because what i can see from this video is that this vinyl cutter is slower than my budget vinyl cutter(and no it does not comprimise quality)
please could you comeback
thanks
yes he does
we have one of these at our school
its cool
yes, you can get 25 inch one for $200 to $250
USCutter has a 25 inch on sale right now. I picked one up on eBay for pennies. I like these cutters. Nearly any vector based graphic software will work…like SignBlaster. And yes, they make fantastic tools for making silkscreen masks, t-shirt transfers, signs and stickers. If you want to be serious get a plotter/cutter.
Are you stupid? You signal stupid.
So u only changed the pen unit with a plotter knife? sounds nice…what software are u using?corel? autocad(since it is a pen plotter)?
I want to have one, i’m into airbrushing and ploters make grille masks!
Excellent wishes from Croatia!
Vanja
is it worth buying a cutter? please clarify
i can cut it better myself bitch
That’s awe-inspiring. Like the stepper motor sounds a lot.
